If you are waiting for a specific email message, if your computer and software are newer, you can attach a sound to that particular user. Open and keep your email program open, just minimize it so you can keep working. If you want to know when new messages come in, you can assign another sound to all incoming messages.

Typing an email address is similar to dialing a phone number except you are typing on a computer or other gadgets. An address can be stored on the hard drive just like a phone number can be programmed into a speed dial button.
