Folder List
This section shows all the folders you have, or will create to hold specific email messages. Folders are used to organize your messages. You can set up your folders with an individual persons name, company name or by subject. After you create a folder, drag and drop email messages into them.
To create a new folder, left click on FILE, New, Folder, type the name of the new folder, click on OK.
Inbox
The inbox collects all of your incoming messages. Any unread message will have an icon that looks like a yellow closed envelope. After you read the message, the icon will change to a white open envelope.
